Picking Daisies is a baby and children’s boutique in Lake Jackson, TX that is owned by Mother – Daughter Duo and Lake Jackson natives Penny Daigle and Kelsey Shandley. Penny and Kelsey have followed their heart and passion for fashion to create a fun and unique place for parents to shop for their littles. They wanted to curate a space that feels fun, welcoming and inspiring to everyone that walks through the door.
