[LAKE JACKSON, TX] – Carriage Inn to Host “Hope for the Heart” Support Group with Gentiva Hospice
Carriage Inn senior living community will partner with Gentiva Hospice to offer support for those managing the challenges of end-of-life care. Members of the community are invited to join the “Hope for the Heart” support group, which will meet on the first Thursday of each month from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. at the community’s 130 Lake Road location. Woody Morrison, Gentiva Hospice’s chaplain, will lead the group, which will provide valuable information and resources about care options for individuals approaching the end of life.
