“The 2024 Mardi Gras Festival will include a parade, Gumbo Cook-Off, King Cake Eating Contest, food vendors, family fun activities and live entertainment. Hosted by Freeport Main Street in partnership with the Freeport Economic Development Corporation and the Freeport Historical Museum & Visitor Center. There is not an entry fee. However, there will be $10 wristbands for All You Can Sample Gumbo-Cash Only!
