Fort Velasco Day
Fort Velasco Day
Fort Velasco Day commemorates the 192nd anniversary of the Battle of Fort Velasco. This living history event will bring reenactors from across the state to give visitors a glimpse of what life and conflict was like at the mouth of the Brazos River in 1830s Texas. This event will coincide with the Fort Velasco exhibit.
